Hi, I’m Brooke! I began my yoga journey in 2020, drawn in by the physical practice. It didn’t take long for me to realize that yoga offered so much more—it became a meaningful way to care for both my mind and body.
In 2022, I completed my 200-hour YTT and knew right away that I wanted to share this practice with others. I love teaching creative, cohesive classes that get you moving, sweating, and leave you feeling your best.
When I’m not on my mat, you can find me traveling, cooking, or spending time with friends.
